as Pb2+ +2e---->Pb
in saturated solution concentration of Pb2+ will be low sio reaction will move backward,hence it will be more negative
U might be right.
As per the Eo of the equation u gave it is -0.13v when pb+2 concentration decreases reaction go backward as far ward is more negative going back will cause the Eo to become more positive although not zero volt option will be correct but the other option might be correct!

maybe :/ I cant exactly commemorate. we knew the NaOH conc from which we calculated the OH conc, and used the Kw to calculate the H plus ions conc and then the PH of NaOH which is where the graph will end. Am I correct?
you take the excess OH- ions left after reacting with the acid and then divide it by total volume of resulting solution which is 10+20 com3 to get the new concentration
