Let's discuss the paper
What was the answer to the mole question ?
What did you write for the very last answer relating to iron (iii)

I wrote that the base displaces the iron ions, and makes it form Fe(III) Oxide.
I think it's wrong though :/

The base displaces the chloride. It makes it iron hydroxide which is red brown in colour.
The mole answer was c5h10.

Nooo becaue that salt was like ammonia therefore in ammonia iron turns rusty brown so therefore it turns brown!!

Yeah because the chloride ions merge with ethyl amine to form ethyl ammonium chloride which was shown in the previous question..the hydroxyl ions from the aqueous salt merge with the iron ions.

the mole question = ethene C2H4

The last question = coz it got reduced from Fe3+ to Fe solid after gaining electrons from ethylamine...

Why is plastic suitable : coz its light
has high mp bp
doesnt conduct e

Al used coz strong and light and doesnt corrode

Cu used coz its a good conductor of heat
and resists corrosion so is not toxic

To form NaOH from NACL by electrolysis of Conc NACL sol... Describe etc...

The formula for the alkene that oxidises to form one acid is ethen right? C2H4??

Can i use sodium nitrate to displace Ethylamine chloride??? thanks alot!

We use cryolite to decrease mp of al2O3 so that less energy is needed and to make it conduct better because al2O3 has a protective oxide layer bla

Wasn't the the answer for the mole question C5H10 as 5 CO2 was produced making the number of n 5 ?

The properties are correct but in this case, light is the important . You have to mention low density which makes it light. Also, resistance to corrosion is very important. If you wrote that it is light and malleable, you will get 1/3 marks
