difference between CIE and Edexel

guys can any1 tell me which is better?? and which certificate is more powerful?? and how better is it ?? like a student who did edexel and a student cie who would a university pick?? and for example about grades As (cie) got DDD and edexel BBB is it still an advantage for the cie student and thnx alot in advance

Edexcel is comparatively easier but it doesn't mean than Edexcel B is equivalent to CIE D. However, it might be possible that CIE A worth a little more than Edexcel A as CIE is more challenging.

Look for Edexcel it's very easy to score either a High grade like an A* or A or a low grade Like an E, middle grades are very difficult because each grade differs from only 3-4 marks. & as for CIE it's rare that you come across students with very low grades or really high ones like A*s so it's up to you, which one to pick. & it's CIE with a stronger certificate.

Obviously CIE certificate is more worthy but getting anything below a C will be frowned upon in either cases. Get good grades in either and you will have a shot at a good university.

Ok seriously, it's not like Edexcel is SO worthless that they'd choose someone from from CIE with lower grades over someone with high grades in the former. Go through both the syllabuses & check which one do you find easier, I would personally recommend CIE though it's harder than Edexcel. Because Edexcel's marking is utterly crap.
