I think they meant with compiled is that they are going to collect all the ranks and arrange them and post the complete list. Which means the ranks are already out all of them, but they are going to produce the list in march

they are were out this morning guyz my friend got a world distinction in olevel maths!!
though i havent got any but still very much positive for getting it in alevels!!

you guys, they are out in pakistan, roots school system has already posted their distinction holders, they got many......i guess....i didnt get any....
