total sales variance
-6000+1000= 5000 (A)

50000-X=-5000
X=55000
ans is C

5000 adverse means the actual sales should have been less than the budgetted, so budgetted sales should be higher than the actual one

oh damn i dint think about total sales varinace -_-
am not at all sure but this is wat examiners repor says .. it makes a littl bit sense :D
