Edexcel A level Economics VS CIE A Level Economics

Hi...so i am a CIE Student ...i have done CIE IGCSE and AS Level Economics....but i got a D in AS eco....so i decided to move to edexcel to do A level economics over there.....so my question is......is the A Level eco for Edexcel harder or easier then the A level eco in CIE?

also i heard that (difficulty wise) Edexcel A level = CIE AS level ..is that true?
