btw, for sepcialised shops....i worte the specialise in one paticular thing and sell one paticular thing (not exact phrase but some what similar i cant remember what i wrote now)

BUT,as mohsin said that there was not a pin pointed answer to this question examiner would obviously accept logical answers
so dont worry as far as your answer is making sence
you might have seen marking schemes , in which some questions have lot of answer
questions like the below have many answers acceptable

And btw, what were the points for the reasons why she felt she was in a time capsule?
is it...
i) Because the journey seemed endless.
ii) Beacuse at times she felt that her and her family were science fiction characters
(note: not exact somewhat similar cause i dont remember what i wrote, but very similar to the above 2 i mean meaning same but phrasing different) xD

for the secretary question i wrote that she was not ready to accommodate Emma's mother, and was somewhat arrogant.
for the time capsule question i wrote:
(i) the journey seemed endless, just like actors are trapped in the time capsule forever
(ii) the journey was being made to a land far from their former place of residence, just like science fiction actors supposedly travel to far off planets.

Understandably perhaps: The author said that because he knew that the gates remained closed for the safety of the chool and the students.

Understandably perhaps : correct but it was better if you do not mention that it was closed due to the saftey of school because this was not mentioned in passage but dont worry it would be accepted

your answer is wrong
altough the school was closed but question stated that why was it understood perhaps
so basically we have to tell that Emma and her mother knew the reason why the school was closed or they could understand why the school was closed
