5ci) take the value of x from the graph when y=0
5cii) take the three value of x from the graph when y=7.5
5dii) you just have to simplify the equation as much as possible and find the value for a(first value), b(second value), and c(third value)
6biii) the answer should be something like: 3(2/1 x 1/10 x 1) + 3(3/11 x 2/10 x 8/9)
9bii)its just an enlargemnt..because the scale factor is -2, the image should be bigger but the other way around..
9biii) To do this easily.. Memorize the matrix for every transformation.. for shear y axis invariant it is (1 0 with K being the scale factor..
k 1) then all you do is take the points of the shape from the graph and multiply it with the shear matrix.. and you will get the points for the new shape...
I have attached a file with the matrices of each transformation with this reply..hope i helped :)

get the value of x where y=1.7, then inverse your answer
in a question if they asked like

find the inverse of matrix A eg.

(24
(43)

do we have to multiply the determinant with the adjoint and then give the answer or just simply leave it like 1/2 ( 32
(-4-4) ??

find determinant then
write inverseof matrix=
1/determinant and in brackets
the first diagonall (frm left ) exchnge numbers
the second diagonal(right top)
leave numbers in their original position but give opposite sign!
do u get it

ah so in the answer space we shouldnt multiply with the determinant yea?
