Not necessarily, i might not take arabic and take the university exam and pass it which sounds easier.
Where did you get the information about taking 2 A-LEVELS?

But did they take igcse? I don't think most of them did besides, the local country exams are much easier than igcse exams.

No actually there are Unis that want nothing less than A* in OL. :/
And yes for that re sit option.

Well, yeah, resit is an option but neither me or my family are willing to resit anymore or else I might end up wasting a lot of my effort and my family's money over nothing.

Saly,you misunderstood what's going on, 2 AL or 4 As is the maximum number of subjects you can apply for. Two As or one Al is the minimum.

If you looked into it, Taking 2 A-LEVELS and 8 o-levels sounds too much. By the way, I think the number of resits are limited because I am allowed to have maximum of 5 sittings in 3 successive years. I don't know but is it me or is Cairo university being too cruel in terms of A-level and O Level requirements?

By the way people, I was actually talking about a backup plan for worst case scenario and which is that I have the grades I mentioned but I ran out of resit opportunities.

U r right, egyptian universities are very cruel to international students, I can't believe that national students are the ones who get to study extra subjects to increase their high school percentage ( which is easier than resitting)

Yeah but my school only offers 9 subjects so, my choice of subjects is very limited.
