For Direct Action Day question, I just wrote the year ..
couldn't manage remember the date: 16 August..

i also did'nt gave the date .! =(
but if you have explained it well then no prob .! =

Rahul you are really only stating reasons for the formation.
O levels specifically says you must explain reasons... Even if you gave 3 reasons but explained them and made a conclusion you would get all the marks available. The ML response is especially lacking.. too many reasons were listed and not explained..

I explained like this:
one reason for formation of ml was to protect muslim rights.. a hindu extremist party arya samaj had started forcible conversion of muslims to hinduism so muslims felt the need of a political party
was writing about 2 nation theory necessary :S i didnt write it
