then how the hell did the plane take 36 minutes and blah blah blah seconds to travel from P to Q it's just 17 kilometers away, if the answer is 300 km/h then it would take 0.057 hours, which is 3.42 minutes, it is stated that it took 36 minutes.

actually from P to Q it took only 2minutes and 54 seconds...
From Q to its final destination it took 39 minutes and a few seconds...

my 10sides polygon is damn wrong! I forgot to divide by 10 after 8x180. Dumb me. Then i totally couldnt do the faces edges vertices thing. Whats the height of pyramid when triangle BCD was used? Was it 3 point smething? And whats the bearing of S1BS2 for the locus,and ship from point B?

For the time of the plane i got 14 00 and something ...
as for the speed its 352km/h!!!
for the formula (n-2)*180 its the sum of all interior angle of a polygon
and for ((n-2)*180)/n it is each angle of a" regular " polygon!!!...
for the ten side ((10-2)*180)/10 = 144

the distance was 17km
time taken was 2minutes 54 second which is equal to 0.4833 hours...

now speed = distance/time
=17/0.48333
=35km/h

lets make it step by step:
2 min in hours = 2/60
54 sec in hours = 54/3600
lets add both =29/600

so, u agree that...17km --> 29/600 hrs
its asking the average speed:
so the distance covered in 1 hr(per hour)
so,
29/600 hrs --> 17km
1 hr --> 17/(29/600) = 351.72
reading ur instructions[give non exact answers to 3 significant figures]
answer = 352 km/h

i managed to answer all parts of transformation and i hope they are correct...so i opted for transformation
i guess the majority has opted for mensuration rather than transformation,rite?

Most of my friends, yeah. Mensuration... I messed up on a question of 1-2 marks. Where they asked to estimate, i actually did a calculation there (to find the exact value). Duh!

many friends didnt see the question on which u should draw a tangent which has the same gradient as the chord which u have drawn earlier!!!
