and what was the answer to that mcq that asked---which one will not react. with options zinc hydroxide,zinc carbonate and other.i dont exactly remember the question.

It was so amazing! The theory was simpler! What did you guys have a problem in?
Yeah... theory paper was VERY ESAY. MCQs were also very easy. A.t.p was also esay, other than the last question. Warna the entire paper was AWLAA :p

H+ + OH- gives you H20
well, if i'm not wrong, are you referring this to the ionic equation which was asked in q2 of theory paper of reaction of calcium hydroxide and acidic solution?
I though the equation was:
Ca(OH)2 + 2H+ = Ca2+ + H2O

I though the equation was:
Ca(OH)2 + 2H+ = Ca2+ + H2O
its a neutralisation so its H+ + OH- = H2O
caoh is somewhat soluble since its solution is limewater afterall.....
