(i) Calcium Oxide or Magnesium Oxide because generally metal oxides are basic. (Aluminium oxide is incorrect here because it is amphoteric so will react with both HCl and NaOH)

(ii) Carbon dioxide or Sulphur dioxide because generally non-metallic oxides are acidic in nature. (CO is neutral so will not react with either)

(iii) Aluminium Oxide because it is the only amphoteric oxide in the list.

(iv) Carbon Monoxide as it is a neutral oxide.

Hope this helps you :)
