5^(2x-1) =2(3)^x
thank u friend. it really helped. ya from now onwards, will post answers as well.
sorry i was a bit hyper at that time.....parthrocks : Don't do that again! I merged your posts.
5^(2x-1) =2(3)^x
if we use LN, is it the same???

The correct ans is 0.313 but i don't get it. plz solve someone. Thnx in advance
ln (x+2) - ln x = 2
ln ((x + 2) / 2) = 2
(x + 2) / 2 = e^2
x + 2 = 2 e^2
x = 2 (e^2 - 1)
ln (x+2) - ln x = 2
ln ((x + 2) / 2) = 2
(x + 2) / 2 = e^2
x + 2 = 2 e^2
x = 2 (e^2 - 1)
but u not getting the right answer. and shouldn't it be ln((x+2)/x)=2
ln ((x + 2) / x) = 2
(x + 2) / x = e^2
x+2= (e^2)*x
((e^2)*x)-x=2
x((e^2)-1) = 2
x = 2/ ((e^2)-1)
= 0.313
Yes, i did a little mistake, copied 2 in the denominator instead of x, rest is right!i think that is the only mistake. Rest is right. Thank u smzimran.
