Take Left Hand Side

(1+sin x / cos x) + (cos x / 1+sin x)

Take LCM and add them

(1+sin x)^2 + cos^2 x / cos x (1+sin x)

1+2 sin x+ sin^2 x + cos^2 x / cos x (1+sin x)

Use the identity sin^2 x + cos^2 x =1

1 + 2 sin x + 1 / cos x (1+sin x)

2 + 2sin x/ cos x (1+sin x)

Take 2 as common
2( 1+sin x) /cos x (1+sin x)

2/cos x ANSWER!
