Yes. -_-You had appeared in 51?
So was it different from 52 ? :OYes. -_-
Yes! But the topics were exactly the same—I didn't cheat. WALLAHI. Plus the 24 hour law thing, all of you followed. So was it different from 52 ? :O
and what did u write for the independent variables in q.no.2?So was it different from 52 ? :O
Neveer I just thought to discuss my paper with you yet you had a different oneYes! But the topics were exactly the same—I didn't cheat. WALLAHI. Plus the 24 hour law thing, all of you followed.
You've probably got the wrong idea now ;_;
concenteration of Nitrogen ? :Sand what did u write for the independent variables in q.no.2?
I did concentration of nutrients..........concenteration of Nitrogen ? :S
It was said that every thing in the soil was same except the Nitrogen. HNC LNC ? :SI did concentration of nutrients..........
Similar topics though.Neveer I just thought to discuss my paper with you yet you had a different one
So what you wrote about the use of detergents and filteration, 60^C and protease?Teehee, oh okay.
Similar topics though.
I'm in England x3
Lemme just tell you the questions we had because, honey, I ain't got no idea what you talking about. So what you wrote about the use of detergents and filteration, 60^C and protease?
Indeed it was easy than /52 :OLemme just tell you the questions we had because, honey, I ain't got no idea what you talking about.
1. ELECTROPHORESIS; same species of invertebrate, 4 different varieties of genetic fingerprint
Use of RNA Probes, how it works
Why is this method used for DNA fingerprinting, for detecting one nucleotide change?
Outline electrophoresis and amplification
Controlled variables
Then we had this photo of 3 DNA fingerprints, we had to draw arrows where all the varieties matched up in all 3, which ones were in a pair
Then we had another question but I forgot...
2. SORGHUM, treated with green manure using legumes with roots, shoots or both
Use of t-test
Describe what "p < 0.05" means
Describe what "statistically significant" means
Controlled variables
Things which would be uncontrollable
Then they gave us these two tables, with "significant" or "not significant", we had a 6 mark question for a conclusion on treating with green manure -_-
Then from one of the tables, we had to find the increase of something and the ratio of something..
It probably sounds easier than your paper, but trust me: the sorghum question was SO HARD for us, whereas the electrophoresis question wasn't too bad. Al7amdulillah
Mass can be right but volume of buffer doesnt make any sense :0Is volume of the buffer solution
Mass of the peas , 50g okay as the answer for the constant variables.?
Mass can be right but volume of buffer doesnt make any sense :0
they had already taken it as control.O.O we all are senseless human beings .. It should make sense cause they said 5cm3 of buffer solution in the question
No it wasn't easier.Indeed it was easy than /52 :O
But our question related to sorghum was bit easier than the electrophoresis :/
Hope the bestNo it wasn't easier.
The sorghum question was like wtf
You could hardly understand anything from it
No the other one where there was use of two enzymes and comparison of formation of bandswhat about the dependent variable? use of detergents ? why filteration was done?
For almost 10 years, the site XtremePapers has been trying very hard to serve its users.
