hey guys what will be the threshold. Should it be 40 or 40-45?
The question was that what was ONE force acting when the mass is released from the below point and it was TENSIONwhat were the forces acting on the spring while it was just released? weight and upwards tension ?

No it was not Alpha nor Gamma it was Beta for sure
