Got only 2 days left. Lets discuss all the problems here.

I have problems in finding percentage uncertainties in the last parts of question 2. Can anyone help me with that? Any notes? Tips? I'd be really thankful :)

yes well 10% is from the +-3 N part but i didnt really understand why we had to do 2x gradient uncertainty either :/

There were a number of possible ways of answering this part. Good candidates clearly showed
their working. The simplest method was to add the percentage uncertainty in T (10%) to twice the
percentage uncertainty in the gradient. The common error with this method was to not double the
percentage uncertainty in the gradient. Some candidate remembered to double the percentage
uncertainty in the gradient but then subtracted from it the percentage uncertainty in T. Candidates
who calculated a worst acceptable value of μ had to remember that either the maximum value of T
should to be used with the minimum value of gradient, or the minimum value of T used with the
maximum value of gradient.

ANYONE CAN U PLZ HELP ME WITH THIS QUESTION.
A value is given under (L/10^-2) is 54.5 +-0.5
now (1/L) needs to be calculated. For 54.5 its (1/54.5*10^-2) = 1.83
BUT FOR THIS VALUE HOW TO CALCULATE THE ABSOLUTE UNCERTAINTY(+-0.5 )

i think its absolute uncertainty is also same as of value L.
I am not sure so better get confirmed first.
Plz if was mistake reply me via correct answer.:):p:LOL:

do it like -1 x (error in the original) x ( the original value of L )^-2

see if it works am not sure though
