you multiply the uncertainty in T by 2, divide this by the value of T, and then multiply the whole thing by the value of T^2.
eg, if the value of T=0.35, on squaring this you obtain 0.12
The uncertainty in T is say, 0.01.
So, you do,
(2 x 0.01/0.35) x 0.12
