what does the count down at home page mean?

hey guys sorry to ask such a silly question, but is that count down for when the papers will be available on this site or is it just a really irritating reminder of the final exams. Please reply as soon as you can.

Its a countdown for CIE May/June 2010 session to begin.
May/June 2010 resources will be available soon after results..
