    Here in Peshawar, Beacon House fc campus offers full scholarship for 8 As, 75% for 7 As, 50% for 6 As, and 25% for 5 As. The normal fees is about Rs.16000 per month I think. For O levels its Rs.21000 per 2 months.

    I don't know about David R Thomas's book but the two most useful books for Islamiat are Farkhanda Noor Mohammad's book and Dr Iftikhar's book.
