People out there......please read this. It's a sad story about my chemistry practicals.

God already humiliated you once; if you think, that by mocking Him, you can get 'some marks'... well, you may very well get more marks than you expected. You may even become the most powerful, most intelligent, and most capable man on the planet. How many enemies of God achieved that? Most of...

No worries lol I also remember because I had the opportunity to smell the NO2...

    Chem.p34 answer discussion...

My supervisor can't be wrong, because he prepared the solution in the first place. o-o He knows what he put into it. Dude, NO2 is liberated by nitrites. Go check the Analysis table again. Nitrites liberate colorless NO with dilute acids which rapidly oxidises to nasty brown fumes of NO2. And...

Can someone please tell me what definitions are commonly asked in questions, so that I can prepare them? Jazak Allah.

    Chem.p34 answer discussion...

Nitrite was present in FB5, Ammonium in FB6 and Nitrate in FB7. This I know for a fact, because I confirmed it with my Sir who was a supervisor. That's because FB5 decolorized KMnO4- and produced brown nitrogen dioxide gas on addition of dilute acid; nitrite can do that, not nitrate.

    Chem.p34 answer discussion...

... Isn't the oxidation state of Nitrogen in the Ammonium +5? And how many marks would I lose if my reading differs by 1.0 cm3 from the Supervisor's?

 You're allowed to ask for more solutions. This is a lesson for all of us, especially those whose paper took an unexpected U-turn towards the negative, including myself. Don't worry, have patience and put your trust in Allah. 'But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and...

Adenosine Diphosphate, yeah its similar to ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) - only one phosphate is removed. ATP is broken down into ADP and a Phosphate group, which releases the energy stored in the ATP that keeps us alive. The ADP is then built back up into ATP for reuse.

The titre value for Step 1 in by my Centre's Supervisor was 17.00 cm3, and for Step 2 was 22.20 cm3. I got 17.00 cm3 down accurately for the first step, but got 23.25 cm3 for the second one. How many marks will I lose?
