They are added, because the question asks for the total output power supplied by the boy's legs. The boy's legs first provide a force equal to the resistive force (23 N) in order to overcome the resistance. Then a further 75 N is supplied by the boy's legs, which causes his acceleration of 1.12...

No! Don't do that. Take the last two volumes. The first one is a rough titre and is not to be used.

In the Ahadith, the Holy Prophet (sall-Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam) taught us this for Friday (see below). It has two variants; 'Allahumma Salle 'ala Sayyidina Muhammadinin-Nabiyyil-Ummiyi wa Aalihi wa Barik wa Sallim', and 'Allahumma Salle 'ala Sayyidina Muhammadinin-Nabiyyil-Ummiyi wa 'ala...

Yeah, I think I understand why. In the Qur'an, Allah says that the followers of the Ummi Nabi (Sall-Allahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) 'are the successful' [Qur'an 7:157]. Its written that Hadrat Zarar bin Auzar (radiAllahu anhu), Companion of the Holy Prophet (sall-Allahu alaihi wasallam) used to recite...

Al-Hamdulillah. I recite Durood-e-Ibrahimi, or the Durood that the Prophet (Sall-Allahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) recommended for Friday, the one with 'An-Nabiyyil-Ummiyi' (Sall-Allahu 'alayhi wa Sallam). I also recite it 11 times before each exam, and blow on my paper and my fingers, and I've never...

Unlike other deeds, Durood is most excellent because it is a Sunnah of Allah. Allah sends Durood upon His Most Beloved (Sall-Allahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) because of His love for Him [Qur'an 33:56], and a Sunnah of Allah is the Most Superior Sunnah, Allah is Supreme. Here's another website, if...

:) Do take up the practice of reciting Durood Sharif in abundance, if you don't already. I do AlHamdulillah, and I feel its effects in my life. Its one of the greatest mercies Allah has bestowed upon the Ummah of His Most Beloved Prophet (Sall-Allahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam). It is the easiest way to...

LGS. I dunno, but that's what I understood, and I confirmed it here with another student and she also said that we were supposed to draw the cells and label the nucleus.

Can i give only 2 readings in chemistry experiment?

Hmm... I'm gonna take 3, just to be on the safe side... my Sir's a supervisor, and he's been teaching A Levels since 1992... I trust him.

    Some biology practical doubts

No, you weren't supposed to label them. Just the smooth muscle in the artery. Never label more than what's asked, they may even deduct marks for that. You were supposed to draw the cells in the 'large drawing' of the alveoli. You were supposed to show the individual cells and the nucleus -...

Can i give only 2 readings in chemistry experiment?

My Sir says second and third... o.o; Whichever two readings are the closest, I guess, and within 0.10 difference from each other.

Can i give only 2 readings in chemistry experiment?

As-Salaamu 'Alaykum. Are you sure about about that? My Sir says that at least 3 readings are compulsory - and he's a supervisor. I think we should take at least 3 readings. Then tick the best results, even if they are the first two.
