    Chemistry: Post your doubts here!

for Q11 lone pairs make compounds polar more lone pairs means more polar so ammonia can not be more polar than water. stronger base will pull those H+ protons with greater ease. for Q16 for option A u get a complex ion where Cl has oxidation number of -1 for option B u get HCl again -1 for...

for Q38 here X is the halide concentration depends upon the halide for 1 we have two Cl atoms making it double the reaction . br- and I- are weaker than Cl- bond so weaker bonds breaks more quickly than a stronger one for q39 problem with dehydration here is that there would be 4 double bonds...

Chemistry and Physics AS paper 12 MCQS

for q 36 u know for internal resistance cell we find emf by formula E=v-ir .E=3-i*2 lets find i (curret) I=V/R=3/6 6 as total resistance is 6 so we get current as 0.5 amps we get E=3-0.5*2=2 output power means power dissipated in ouput source that is 4 ohm resistor P=(I^2)R =1W so u get it right...

    Physics: Post your doubts here!

a=v-u/t and as V final velocity will always be negative for a body moving downwards so the acceleration will be negative.. in alevels u do have to give positive and negative signs its not o levels

    Physics: Post your doubts here!

aslamalaikum look u have to consider velocity of body going up as poisitve and body going down as negative. case 1. when u throw a ball upwards its speed decreases to zero so u would conclude that there is deceleration which means negative accleration . case 2 when the ball from that highest...
