    you can go passage wise bt there's no hard n fast rule. you have to focus on the passages in the syllabus. if it doesn't u can take any passage from Quran as a refernec bt thts rare.

    It's up to u. if u r confident on ur english skills, just go for the exam w/out any tutors. u may consult practice books. I think IELTS is nt tht tough if u r able 2 score A*-B in ur O Lvl english.

    if you r precise n avoiding all unecessary info, it hardly takes 15 min or sumtimes less wen doing 4 n 7 mark question. In my exam, I wrote even less than a full page combining both 4 n 7 marks ;) othr than that, once u start writing the whole ppr, ur time mostly manages. if u fail 2 complete 1...
