    Q9 second last part was asking for the power produced by the transformer's ac output. Voltage was 240V, current was already given as 1.6A. Hence P=VI. It was for 2 marks. 1 mark for P=VI, 1 mark for the correct answer i.e 384W.

    No, option D was the opposing arrow's choice i.e -------> <-------. Conventional first i.e from +ve to -ve and electron second i.e from -ve to +ve.

    Least marks for A Grade

    In 1 mark questions a simple answer can score the mark as Fallen316 has stated. But in the 2 marks and above questions, for showing no working you will only be awarded 1 mark for the correct answer, the other marks will be deducted for showing no working/formula.
