Material to get A* in Islamiat , pak study and urdu as second language in o levels

Taking a quick peek at the latest marking scheme, it just requires a "good sense of idiom" for full marks. I don't think there is any requirement for a certain number of idioms to be used. Second Language Urdu (3248) May/June 2017 Mark Scheme Paper 1 (Composition and Translation)...

    General Paper 8009

That post was made in 2010. Back then, CAIE (CIE then) didn't used to publish resources for 8009. They do now and we will include them in the next update. In the meantime, you can find a few resources on this page: https://xtremepape.rs/threads/general-paper-8009-mauritius-only-paper-2.29925/

I was referring to the CAIE Oct/Nov 2019 examination session. I'm guessing you're doing CAIE because of Further Mathematics..

Any math pro can solve this???

Ah damn, I missed that! Good catch there.. I was a bit skeptical of a decimal answer at first as these type of questions in GCSE/O-Levels usually have whole numbers as answers but missed that I guess. Anyway, I've made the corrections in the my answer above as well. Thanks! :)

Any math pro can solve this???

    This should be straightforward. We have y=4 when x=3, so \(4=a\cdot3^{n}-23 \) \(a=\frac{27}{3^{n}} \) We also have y=220 when x=9, so \(220=a\cdot9^{n}-23 \) \(a=\frac{243}{9^{n}} \) Equating a from both equations, we get \(\frac{27}{3^{n}}=\frac{243}{9^{n}} \)...

    Integration involving Inverse Hyperbolic Functions

I'll try with steps but using the above standard integral will still require some sort of substitution eventually (albeit a much easier one). Starting off with \(\int \frac{{4-x^{2}}}{\sqrt{4-x^{2}}}\mathop{dx} \) Integrating by parts, we have \(u=4-x^{2} \) \(du=-2x\mathop{dx} \)...

    Integration involving Inverse Hyperbolic Functions

It is just referring to standard integrals that we can use for common integrals. For example, you probably already know that \(\int \frac{1}{x}\mathop{dx}=\ln x+C \) Similarly, there is another standard integral \(\int \frac{1}{\sqrt{1-x^{2}}}\mathop{dx}=\sin^{-1}{x+C} \) We can compare the...

    Hand Writing Help

Tell everyone you don't have a bad handwriting. Its just your own font! ;) Jokes aside, as long as your handwriting is readable, its doesn't really matter. It might matter a bit in your early educational career but as you progress forward in your life, your content matters and not your...

    Maclaurin Series Problem

Ah yeah my bad. I meant to say that any fraction with a \({k}\) in numerator is going to be equal to \({0}\). Dividing by 0 would take us to infinity (and beyond!). ;) P.S. Fixed this in the answer as well.

    Maclaurin Series Problem

We know Maclaurin Expansion for \(e^{t} \) is \(e^{t}=1+\frac{1}{1!}t+\frac{1}{2!}t^2+\frac{1}{3!}t^3+\frac{1}{4!}t^4+\ldots \: \) (should be in formula sheet) For \(e^{-kt} \), this becomes \(e^{-kt}=1+\frac{1}{1!}(-k)t+\frac{1}{2!}t^2(-k)^2+\frac{1}{3!}t^3(-k)^3+\frac{1}{4!}t^4(-k)^4-\ldots...
