    in short u needa do this: goto options of ur browser and find network--> (proxy) settings -->...

    in short u needa do this: goto options of ur browser and find network--> (proxy) settings --> select manual proxy --> enter 174.129.47.65 in box and set 80 as port number --> check 'use this for all protocols' and click OK! done.. now visit youtube.com
