    see if u +3 firt then it will be X+1 squaring that u will get x^2 +2X +1 which is not F u shud be able to relise instantly the connection between X-2 and X^2 +4x after that u can add or subtract the amount u need to get the given constant

    it will be x^2 +3 u must find a function that will transform G which is X-2 into F which is X^2-4X+7 if u square X-2 u get X^2 -4X +4 to tranform this into F u must add 3 to make the constant 4 into seven so first u square then u add 3 X^2 +3 hope it helps
