I am not sure If you will find it but I suggest that you buy a hard copy( If you can afford it, it's quite cheap) from Amazon. I tried finding it online but unsuccessful, so I bought the hard copy. This book is worth every penny.

Just use C1 and C2 coursebook and the past papers .
Try solving IAL C12 Past papers twice.
That's all what u need
I solved C1 , C2 from 2005 till the recent ones and then C12 papers along with difficult book exercise questions and had an A in C12 .
