Why some scholars reject the use of Qiyas

1
There is a expert involve in qiyas who identify
the illa (linking cause that connects the asl, fundamental teaching,to new matter of question).Other expert might disagree with him and there3 may be great divergence of opinion especially if some see one link between asl and far and some see another. This is why some muslim felt uneasy about the qiyas because it broght in an element ot personal judgement which might not always be reliable.
2
It doesnot have the same broad support from revelation or through communal agreement as other three bases

Have To Go :D
Have Paper 11th

It is an imp Article Of faith.Muslims belief that everything good or bad is predestine dby Allah &everything is written in LOH-e-Mehfooz(Guarded template)Muslims Belief that Allah is All knowing that is why he wrote evrything frm bfr.We Also belief that ALLAH is a great planner and everything takes place with hsi wills.Sometimes the involvement Of Allah becoms very clear For eg the victory Of Muslims Ib BaTTle Og Badr...This Belief is Also mentioned in Surh Qadar in which Allah says Angels and the spirit descen in this night with the permission of their Lord on every Errald.EErrald refers to the decison of Allah about the future of mankind.Allah gives the planning of one year to the angel this night and they enforce the pla planning in the following year.Thats why the night is also called the Night Of DestinyAlthought evrything is pre planned Mankind is still responsible for their actions.Mankind is give the freedom of choice otherwise there will be no justification of Good And bad.
Quran SaysIndeed we have shown him the path he will be a greatful person or an ungreatful person. There are two types of taqdeer..
1.Taqdeer e mubram(unchanged
2.Taqdeer e Muallaq(Suspended decision of ALLAH...

I hope dis has helped u=)

You can even add dat although they were not allowed Umrah dat year but permission was given for the next year...
You can even write dat this treaty assured peace from the side of Quraish and dis relieved da Prophet and he was able to focus On preaching others...=)

@CREED here z the answer to ur question abut scribes.

• They ensured there was a written record of the revelations.
• The Prophet could not read or write.
• This assisted the memories of those who memorized the Qur’an.
• Without their written records the Qur’an may have been lost after the Prophet’s time.
• The written passages they produced formed the basis of the standard collection of the
Qur’an made under Abu Bakr and ‘Uthman.

Hope it helps :>

Scribes were those companions who were literate and they used to write down the revelations, they were 40 or more who wrote revelations But the most frequent were ones are the 4 caliphs and 5 other scribes..(names mentioned in Farkhanda noor)
They played an imp role in the preservetion of Qurn.if they would have not written the Quran it would have been lost or corrupted..They assisted the Prophet in His great mission bcoz PROHPHET was an ummi(ummi is a person who cannot read and write)so they used to write on his dictation. They suffered great hardships in writing the revelations bcoz writing facilities were not avalaible. They provided all their services voluntarily, took no salary which is a lesson for all muslims to do something For the propogation of religion.they also gave their services even after Propher's death(give eg of Hz Abubakr And Hz Usman)..The scribes even wrote Treaties,Hadith and letters to the kings and emperors..

Dats it=)

Well After the Death of Hz Ali It was announced Dat Hz Hasan Wud be the next Caliph But Ameer Muawiya did not Wanted Hasan or husayn To be the Caliph so ordered his troops to March Against Hz Hasan'a army.Unfortunately Hz Hasan did not had many supporters and there were many betrayers who were waiting to betray him on the slighest Excuse Eventually Hz Hasan Signed a peace Treaty wid Ameer Muawiya And Announced in the mosque dat he was abditcating the Khilafat bcoz he did not wanted bloodshed amongst his Muslim brothers. He was poisoned by one of his wife in 50.A.H beacause she was promised a great reward(Blaming Muawiya for his death is a shia belief.sunnis give him da same respecet as given to other companions as he was a scribe.Fought many battles during the Khilafat of Hz Umar and Hz Uthman)

After H.muawiya Yazeed became the caliph which was not islamic. So the people of Kufa wrote leeters to Hz Hussain and asked him to come out against Yazeed And they promised there support. He decided to take action on the unjust appointment of Yazeed and left for Kufa with ew supporters and family Member. On the Other hand Yazeed appointed Obaiullah ibn Zayd as the governor of Kufa.Hz Hussain was besieged at karbala and the people of kufa fif not come to help for the fear of Obaidullah.during the siege Hz Hussain was demanding Yazzed to leave caliphate and he was demanding Hz Hussain to accept him as Caliph.Hz Hussain suffered many difficultiesbut did not surrender. Finally they killed him on 10th of muharram 61.A.H.He gaved us a lesson by his sacrifice that we must no compromise with unjustice even if we need to sacrifice our life...

Dats it=)
