how many different odd4 digit numbers less than 4000 can be formed from the digits 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 if no digit may be repeated. please hurry
is answer 20?
like this
if first digit is 1 or 3, then 2C1 * 3C1 * 2! = 12
if first digit is 2, then 1C1 * 4C1 * 2! = 8
12 + 8 = 20

please tell me if i am correct!
