the equation was 4√x + x... M was da maximam point.... now tel me how u got m as (4,4)

if i'm not wrong the question wasn't 4√x + x instead it was this 4√x - x...tht gives the answer (4,4)

i think the range is -1 t0 7

the range in a part was -1 to 3 (y=3-4cos^2 x)
but in the graph, it was -1 to 7 (y=3-4cos x)
because both had different equations.

how abt the vector angle part man can we take the angle frm BA BC and frm AB CB

For all whose range was -1 to 7
Range of cosx= -1 to 1
therefore range of cos^2 x...would be 0 to 1...because sqr of 1 and -1 would be 1...then the least value wud be 0
now....if u put 1 and 0 in 3-4cos^2 x,,,,,you'll get....-1 to 3

For Q6, the angle between the tangent and the x-axis, I got the obtuse angle instead of the acute one (the question didn't state it needed the acute). Would I get the mark ?
