Wave was stationary and longitudinal?make it 60
did anyone get power=41w and pq =.18m
Wave was stationary and longitudinal?
Weren't there five complete loops indicating transverse? Are you sure its stationary, since there was no ovrrlaping of two identical waves and no resultant wave was produced which remained stationary...ya mine too
P= Current square x Resistance of two wires.

what was the gt in may june 2013??
You're wrong.. everyone wrote longitudinal and stationary.. are you sure it was progressive and transverse? Can you explain?ohh sorry i also wrote transverse and progressive !!
and its right !!
120 is righti got 120m
look A moved a distance of 80mm in stationary wave there is no movement of particles. secondly the motion of A was normal to the movement of wave !!!! so its transverseYou're wrong.. everyone wrote longitudinal and stationary.. are you sure it was progressive and transverse? Can you explain?
Oh they mentioned wave travelling from source to reflector? Then why do you think its progressive and transverse, Pl explain?120 is right
my was 240m but i forgot to divide by 2 because it was the total distance that wave travelled from source to reflector and back to reflector.
Oh okay, thanks!! Do its stationary and transverse?look A moved a distance of 80mm in stationary wave there is no movement of particles. secondly the motion of A was normal to the movement of wave !!!! so its transverse

Thankyouuu!! I wrote progressive and transverse too... Feel a little relaxed... I think, I should forget paper 2 and focus on other papers...haha I couldnt solve 2.. you're a genius if you managed to solve it.. my paper 2 was just average.. I hope I do well in paper 1..the wave was progressive and transverse as it hadnt reached the other end yet meaning that there was no reflected wave. A stationary wave is formed when the reflected and incident wave superimpose.
Forces were normal contact and weight..can the two forces be weight and drag of air?
