would like to point out that you got tan^4 x - tan^2 x when you should be working to get tan^4 x +tan^2 xi'm sorry i was working, just got free now. So here it is:

its coz she used sec^4(x) = 1 + tan^4(x)would like to point out that you got tan^4 x - tan^2 x when you should be working to get tan^4 x +tan^2 x
yh you can use that or take our sec^2 x common so we get something like :- sec^2 x(sec^2 x - 1) and equate it to (tan^2 x + 1) * (tan^2 x)its coz she used sec^4(x) = 1 + tan^4(x)
thats the mistake, I didnt saw that, coz i thought she got answer so would be correct xD
sec^4(x) = (1 = tan^2(x))^2 techgeek

thanks what about its integration from 0 to pi/6 ?
why cant we use this : integral of tanx is ln sec x ?for that you just convert the tan2x and tanx to sin and cos; and then use the integral of :- f '(x) / f(x) = ln |f(x) | +c
