    Thats so simple 12 has been factorised into 4 and 3 [square root](4*3) so the square root of 4 is 2. There is no real square root of 3.. so it will remain as it is.. so it makes 2 x [square root of 3]

    The deadline for Nov exams comes usually in september/october. Depends if u are applying from a school/institution or privately. You can visit any standard chartered bank for more info.
