    What Hassam has posted is somewhat accurate. The bond is weak due to the electronic cloud repulsion. Keep in mind in nature/science there are always some anamolies ;)

    The thumb of the rule here is that in Chemistry you have to look at the Decimal Places and in Physics you have to look at the Significant Figures. Now in both cases your answer should be given according to the accuracy of the instrument used for the measurements, otherwise according to the data...

    H2O has a stronger hydrogen bond than NH3 or HF because of it's geometry/how the hydrogen bonds are formed. In H2O each Oxygen atom is attached with two Hydrogens which is not the case with HF and NH3 which are attached to a single Hydrogen. You might think that NH3 is attached with 3 Hydrogens...
