    hey i know if we have the roots to a function f(x) then to find the roots to f(x^2) we must square root the roots of f(x) does that mean if i have f(x^n) and i want the roots all i do is nth root my results of f(x)?

    well the graph shows p goin up till it reaches a maximum height at 2 seconds and then drops down after another 2 seconds so at t=2 v=0 we can use the equation V=U+at V is 0 we want u a=-10 t=2 so that will make V 20 hope it helps

    well distance BC is 420 speed =distance/time speed is 3 distance is 420 time will be 140s ii)the time taken for the cyclist to reach C is 140 same as the runner because they meet up at C so we can get the speed by s=0.5(u+v)t s=980 t=140 u=0 then v will be 14
