There wasn't any fixed thread for this subject in the CIE section , therefore I created one so that we can post our questions and I hope others will help to answer them.
We are currently struggling to cover the operational costs of Xtremepapers, as a result we might have to shut this website down. Please donate if we have helped you and help make a difference in other students' lives!

Thank you hafsa saleem ! Got it nowA byte (8 bits) can store 256 unique combinations of binary digits which means it can store 256 different characters.the minimum value a byte can have is 0
(where each of the 8 bits has a value of zero)whereas the maximum value a byte can have is 255(Add 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128)where each of the 8 bits has a value of 1.now start counting from 0 all the way to 255 to have the maximum no of characters that can be stored using one byte

For almost 10 years, the site XtremePapers has been trying very hard to serve its users.
However, we are now struggling to cover its operational costs due to unforeseen circumstances. If we helped you in any way, kindly contribute and be the part of this effort. No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
