What are you taking in AS/A-Level?

Bored again, and curious to see how many are continuing in Cambridge. What field will you be pursuing in the future and which subjects are you taking? And are any of you opting for the AICE Diploma?

I was thinking of going to university directly but the majors for IGCSE level arent good..
So maybe AS level Bio and Chem.. Dentistry or Medicine

For Dentistry or Medicine, I'd suggest Biology, Chemistry and Physics and Maths, since all universities require these.

This is AS and A level .. Its not IGs You do NOT need this much subjects Im pretty sure!

Why in the world are you doing all these, what for? Even the tougheat uni doesnt need this all.

I'm not doing them for the sake of university. GP is for research purposes, I like Economics, and I have to do English at least till AS-level. Plus, I'm also opting for the AICE Diploma.

i'm confused coz dey only offer d subjects in groups so we cant take any subject we want many are telling that phy, chem n bio are really difficult....

Every subject at that level is difficult, there's no easy subject...

Advanced International Certificate of Education Diploma.

Every US medical university requires 2 years of high school mathematics and 2 years of college level mathematics, including pre-calculus, calculus, etc.
Almost every UK and Australian university requires Maths till AS-level, even the medical universities. You just can't give up Maths after IGCSEs.

I've heard from someone that if a student wants to study medicals in UK, Maths should be taken. I wonder why because I never heard about it. :/
