what's remarkable here is that it is not said don't do it, rather don't go near it! coz that evil path starts with baby steps going near it... and at the end leads to Zina! (may Allah protect us from it!) so one must be extra careful that they don't take these baby steps like looking at what isn't allowed, being alone, etc.... Reminds of following quote:

“What we are learning here is that Some Sins open the door to other Sins AND saving yourself from some sins closes the door to other sins.” Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan [in his tafsir of Surah Yusuf]
