I put small molecularokay so since that one is figured what else was there ? I actually liked the MCQ oh was phophorus a giant atomic structure or a small molecular ?

wait it is less negative so it increases right? You had to write that
less energy is released since electron affinity is an exothermic process
i wrote that too..... it forms hydrocarbons with smaller chain lengths to be formed as fuel and to produce hydrogenHahaha yeah I wrote that too that smaller fractions are more useful than heavier ones . I read in the text book right now that alkenes are obtained from the cracking of alkanes so that could have been one of the answers but I didnt write in the exam The second point I wrote was to obtain hydrogen
Jus chem 2..not a bio student.Btw are you guys giving unit 2 for chem and bio ?
Oh okay not physics either?Jus chem 2..not a bio student.
unit 2 in june thankfullyBtw are you guys giving unit 2 for chem and bio ?
I didnt write about the less negative thing whatever it always confuses me , all I know is electron affinity decreases down the group because the size of the atom increases and the no. of shielding electrons increase so the incoming electron is less attracted and thus less energy is releasedwait it is less negative so it increases right?
ahh damn were they talking about white phosphorus in particular?Okay I just googled and its a giant covalent structure , it says that although phophorus has a small molecular structure white phosphorus is an exception to that rule and has a giant covalent structure
i wrote the perfect explanation but the wrong statement >.>I didnt write about the less negative thing whatever it always confuses me , all I know is electron affinity decreases down the group because the size of the atom increases and the no. of shielding electrons increase so the incoming electron is less attracted and thus less energy is released
^thisahh damn were they talking about white phosphorus in particular?
Im doin physics..lol.Oh okay not physics either?
Yepppppppppp it said white phosphorus in the question^this
Omg I did CIE physics last year and it was a horrible experience for meIm doin physics..lol.
that link is about gases and not solutions so it isn't relevantcheck the link I thnk u r ryt..I wrote 1/5
shitYepppppppppp it said white phosphorus in the question
For almost 10 years, the site XtremePapers has been trying very hard to serve its users.
However, we are now struggling to cover its operational costs due to unforeseen circumstances. If we helped you in any way, kindly contribute and be the part of this effort. No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
