    It was posted to me.....u should call them up..!! there are only certain part of fee refundable even if u quite early....I dont remember though..!!! tusin fee is refundble untill the semstr starts after that it is reduced by 25% after every 15 days or so..

    if a electronegativity diff exists thn only permanant dipole-dipole occur.....iska matlab there will be partial positive and partial negative charges on the atom which will result in attractions called per dipole-diple......
