    Thanks guys! Good luck tomorrow!

    Chemistry unit 1 AS

Okay, the exam is on Thursday (starts sobbing and/or hyperventilating), so what do we predict is coming up, what do we know makes a regular appearance, and what questions do we hope the examiners keep hidden in their sock drawers? Personally, I hope that they don't give us any green chemistry or...

Chemistry Edexcel AS Unit 1: Help with specification

I think that it may be referring to the graphical representation of first ionization energies. We should be able to talk about the trends according to where in the period the element is. That's my best guess but I'll ask my chemistry teacher tomorrow to make sure. Take a look at this if you're...

AS Unit 2 Biology :) Post your doubts here- :)

Do you have any predictions about what experiment might come up? I have no idea how I would describe the one which tests the strength of different types of fibres.

    Edexcel Human Biology

From the edexcel website: To score an A* at A level you must: • Get an A grade for your overall A level • Produce a high level performance at A2 level - scoring at least 90% of the A2 UMS marks If you do a four-unit A level you must: • Score at least 320 UMS marks for your overall A level...

English literature 2013 friday 17th May exam

With less than a week until the exam, I thought it might be nice to start a post with some advice and predictions about what could come up. I'm doing the Emily Dickinson option for poetry and Jane Eyre for prose. What texts are you doing and what do you think might come up? What are you hoping...

6BI01/01: Biology Unit 1 unofficial mark scheme

Hey guys, so it's been over a week since we did the paper. Hopefully, we've all had time to clear our heads, so we should be able to go over it without having a stress-induced breakdown. Has anyone found an unofficial mark scheme somewhere online? Could you please post it here if you have? :)...

physics paper 3, harder than hard

My entire class walked out of that exam stone-faced and close to tears except for the biggest idiots, who are always super-confident and then end up getting Ds.

physics paper 3, harder than hard

Just finished Variant 1. Complete crap. All of the topics we did during the year we basically had not teachers for. I'm so screwed. Harder than any past paper I have ever done.

Dear, have you not heard that rules are meant to be broken? ;)

physics paper 3, harder than hard

Okay, so you can't tell us what was on the paper but you can tell us what wasn't there. Just topics, nothing specific. Please?

Could you please hint at what was on the paper?

    Done with Paper 6 chemistry = =

Physics will be a pain in the ass too. I want to talk about the paper so bad I feel as though my head will explode. The worst part is that when we can talk about it tomorrow, I won't remember half of it any more.

    CHEMISTRY V1 DISCUSSION!

We're not supposed to discuss yet. But speaking purely theoretically, heating usually has an effect on the rate of reaction.

    Chemistry paper 6 variant 1

Hey guys. Just finished chem 61. Can't discuss yet. Will do so tomorrow. Until then, answer the poll?

Physics, Chemistry and Biology: Post your doubts here!

Because the crops photosynthesized while they were alive, therefore the CO2 that goes into the atmosphere when they are burnt only cancels out the CO2 the crops took out via photosynthesis.

Mathematic Paper 22 Physics paper 11

Fine-ish. I don't want to jinx it but math was alright. Physics was okay too but I felt like I screwed up the Literature. You?

Biology paper 6 need help :S i'm chocked

Something similar happened to me during my mock exam ( I had to draw and label a shell) and because I had no idea what to do I just labeled what I saw on a simple drawing I made. Turns out that's all you relay have to do. When doing your drawing make sure: that the picture is larger than the...
